Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct In-process Routine test, Acceptance test and final type test of wires & cables manufactured as per IS 694
• Testing of house wires as per IS 10810 (CR, IR, VR, High Voltage, dimensions, Tensile, Eongation, SmokeDensity, HCL, Oxygen Index, Temperature Index, Annealing, Loss of Mass, Thermal Ageing, Shrinkage Test, Heat Shock, Hot deformation, Cold Bend, Cold Impact, Insulation Resistance, Flammabiliy Test, etc)
• Maintain quality and test records
• Handle non-conformities and basic CAPA
• Support BIS / NABL / ISO compliance activities

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech / ITI (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
• 5–7 years experience in wire & cable or electrical manufacturing
• Knowledge of IS 694 and lab testing preferred
• Willing to work on production floor and in testing lab
