Job Description

Prop.Guru is a real estate technology and advisory company in India that helps people buy, sell, and resell residential properties through a digital platform(PROHO) and a network of brokers or channel partners.

• Helps property owners sell their homes faster.

• Helps buyers find residential properties.

• Works with channel partners and brokers to source resale inventory.

• Provides property evaluation, pricing, negotiation, and site visit support.

Technology Platform (Proho) Prop.Guru runs a platform called Proho, which is an AI-driven real estate platform that simplifies the resale process by:


• Evaluating property price using data

• Generating offers for sellers

• Managing property listings and inventory

• Coordinating buyers, sellers, and brokers

• Supporting the full transaction process 




Job description

  • Make outbound calls to channel partners and potential clients.
  • Handle high-volume cold and warm calls to share and update resale inventories.
  • Source residential units for sale from channel partners.
  • Reactivate inactive channel partners and maintain strong relationships.
  • Generate leads, identify prospects, and qualify potential opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and reports in the CRM system.
  • Upload and update call logs and feedback regularly.
  • Explain and promote the Proho application to channel partners and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and sourcing activities
  • Source and Sell resale properties via Channel Partner Network
  • Assist site visits with clients and CP's
  • Convert prospects to deal closures
  • Onboard & Manage CP relationships
  • Share active inventory & offers
  • Track visits & closures in CRM


Required Candidate profile

  • 6 month -2 yrs Real Estate Experience in Noida/Noida Extension
  • Strong Channel Partner Network
  • Should have knowledge of Market
  • Confident, proactive, fluent in Hindi & English
  • Good CRM handling
