🎯 Job Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries through calls, leads, and walk-ins.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated with property trends, new launches, and local market conditions.

Maintain proper lead tracking and daily reporting.

💡 Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Knowledge of the real estate market (preferred but not mandatory).

Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

🎓 Qualification

Minimum: Graduate / 12th Pass (for sales roles)

MBA / BBA / Real Estate background preferred
