Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with proven expertise in residential and commercial plot sales. The candidate should have strong knowledge of land transactions, documentation, site visits, and client handling. The ideal candidate must be target-oriented and capable of closing high-value deals.

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms & channel partners

Conduct site visits and explain project details, layout plans, pricing & amenities

Convert inquiries into bookings through effective follow-ups

Maintain strong client relationships and provide post-sales support

Handle negotiations and close deals successfully

Coordinate with legal and CRM teams for documentation and agreement processing

Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM data

Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

Minimum 1–3+ years experience in plot selling / land sales

Strong understanding of:

Freehold & leasehold plots

Registry process & documentation

Local real estate market trends

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Presentable personality with field sales experience

Two-wheeler preferred for site visits

Ability to work under targets

Preferred Experience

Experience in plotted developments near highways, expressways, or gated communities

Knowledge of finance options (home loans / plot loans)

Experience in handling buyback schemes or investment projects
