• Ideal Candidate Age: 20 to 30 years
• Gender: Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Male candidates should have their own two wheeler or four wheeler
• Smart Personality with good command over communication skills will be preferred.
• Experience: Relevant sales experience in Real Estate Sales or similar/support sectors (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Auto Sales) is essential.
• Compensation and Rewards Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
• Incentives: Substantial and uncapped performance-based incentives.
• Key Skills and Responsibilities Expertise: Must be well-versed with Real Estate terminology and knowledgeable about Residential Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate in Delhi NCR.
• Sales Focus: Drive direct sales and achieve sales targets for properties in the region.
• Client Engagement: Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, conducting site visits, negotiation, and closing.
• Attribute: Must be an energetic individual with a strong zeal for success and a proactive approach.
