Real Estate Sales Executive

We are a leading real estate development company specializing in premium farm house lands and luxury resort developments in the sacred region of Vrindavan and surrounding areas.

We are looking for Field Sales Executives / Business Development Executives, Having good communication skills to develop a dealer network for selling farmhouse plots. The role includes finding new property dealers, onboarding them, and supporting them to generate sales. Also able to Conduct site visits and customer meetings

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and meet real estate dealers and brokers in assigned locations

Explain farmhouse plot projects, location benefits, pricing, and commission structure

Appoint new channel partners / dealers as per company policy

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing dealers

Provide project details, brochures, and sales support to dealers

Coordinate site visits and customer meetings through dealers

Achieve dealer onboarding and sales targets

Collect market feedback and competitor information

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* MBA with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

* Minimum 1 years of proven experience in real estate sales & marketing.

* Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
