Real Estate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and field marketing.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

* Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to drive sales.

* Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to create effective campaigns.

* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

* Support brand building, promotional events, and marketing campaigns for projects.

* Condidate should have own vehicle.

Skills & Competencies:

* Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property, Plots, Farmland sales, and customer handling.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to manage client relationships and close high-value deals.

* Client data manage in MS Excell

* Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven professional.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* MBA with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

* Minimum 1 years of proven experience in real estate sales & marketing.

* Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
