 Job Description 

We are looking for highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Associates/Senior Sales Associates to join our team at our Ghaziabad and Greater Noida site offices. This role involves generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals.

 Responsibilities 

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and referrals.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing them with suitable property options.

- Property Showings: Conduct property viewings and site visits, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties.

- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices and terms with clients, and work towards closing deals successfully.

- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments.

- Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.

 Qualifications 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Highly motivated and target-oriented.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).

- Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred (for Senior Sales Associate roles), but not required for fresher positions.

- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
