Real Estate Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Manager to lead sales, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client inquiries, site visits, and property presentations

• Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain strong follow-ups with potential clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure

• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue

• Manage and guide the sales team (if applicable)

• Maintain CRM data and prepare daily/weekly reports

• Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners

Requirements:

•12 th Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

•6 month 1 years of experience in real estate sales

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication (Hindi & English)

• Knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate market is a plus

• Self-motivated and target-driven
