Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support on-ground sales operations. The role involves coordinating site visits, interacting with clients, and assisting in deal closures while working closely with the sales and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Conduct site visits with buyers and sellers to facilitate property transactions
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Engage and coordinate with channel partners for business development
• Support negotiation and assist in closing deals effectively
• Maintain accurate visit reports and update CRM systems regularly
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams for smooth execution
• Achieve assigned targets related to visits, client engagement, and closures
• Reselling experience of residential flats.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and selling.
• Connected with channel partners to source units.
• Good network with local channel partners.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads for residentials projects.
