Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales executives, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the sales team
• Complete the own Site visit and sales target.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to the team members.
• Monitor site visits, leads, and closures of team.
• Train and motivate sales executives
• Handle important client meetings and negotiations
• Prepare basic sales reports
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Requirements:                                                                                                                                  

• Experience in real estate sales
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Knowledge of site visits, bookings, and closing process

Salary: As per experience + incentives
