Job Description – Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Company: Proho by Prop.Guru Advisors Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Noida Extension


Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for secondary sales (resale) of residential properties through channel partners, ensuring timely acquisition and closures of Proho's inventory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source and Sell Proho’s resale inventory through channel partners.
  • Manage and coordinate with channel partner brokers for buyer visits and deal closures.
  • Arrange and facilitate site visits and negotiations.
  • Track seller & buyer interest, pricing, and deal progress.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (secondary/resale preferred).
  • Strong market knowledge in any of these markets Central Noida, Noida Extension, Raj Nagar Extension, and Greater Noida.
  • Active broker/channel partner network in these markets.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable in Hindi and English.
