📢 We’re Hiring – Sales Manager (Real Estate)
📍 Location: 1803, 17th Floor, Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West, Haibatpur
💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience & Performance)
🕒 Experience: 2 – 10 Years (Real Estate Industry Preferred)
- Job Description:Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
- Handle client meetings and negotiations
- Promote and sell residential & commercial projects
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Coordinate and manage site visits
- Generate, nurture, and close leads
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Managerial role preferred)
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️ Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
✔️ Target-driven and result-oriented approach
✔️ Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
