Regional Sales Manager – WPC Doors & Doorframes
Location: Ghaziabad, UP (Regional Sales Responsibility – Assigned Territory)
CTC: ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives
We are a leading manufacturer of Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) doors and doorframes looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve regional monthly & annual sales targets
Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in the region
Generate project sales (builders, contractors, architects)
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Ensure timely collections and coordinate with production & dispatch
Requirements:
5+ years experience in building materials (Doors, Plywood, PVC/WPC, Laminates, etc.)
Strong dealer network in assigned region preferred
Good leadership, communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the region
Performance-based incentives extra.
