Responsibilities:-
- Sourcing business from affordable home finance segment directly or through empanelled channels
- Identification of right customer, ability to understand customer requirements and offering a right product
- Files sourced should be meeting our policy guidelines
- Customer handling skills and capability of resolving customer issues, clarifying queries and enhancing the customer relationships
- Client servicing commitment from the sourcing to end of the contract with patience in view of future business
