Relationship Manager

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, drive sales of our products/services, and ensure excellent client servicing. The ideal candidate will build strong customer connections and achieve assigned targets through proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand customer needs and offer our digital based paid subscription products/services
• Meet sales targets through upselling/cross-selling
• Handle client queries and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance protocols

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–3 years of sales or client-facing experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
