Relationship Manager - Business Banking - Affluent-AFFLUENT-Relationship Manager
- Responsible for managing and growing relationships with affluent business banking clients. - Focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored financial solutions. - Act as a key point of contact between the bank and affluent business customers. - Drive business growth by cross-selling banking products and services. - Maintain strong knowledge of banking products relevant to business banking. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies while managing client portfolios. - Support the bank’s objectives by achieving assigned business targets and KPIs. - Build long-term relationships to enhance client retention and loyalty.Job role
