Job Description

NetAmbit Value First Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Affiliate Marketing Professional to build, manage, and scale an affiliate channel. The role involves onboarding merchants, developing affiliate partnerships, and driving sales across multiple insurance products including Pet Insurance, Health Insurance, Mobile Insurance, and Four-Wheeler Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Channel Development

Build and manage an end-to-end affiliate marketing channel for NetAmbit Value First Services

Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates and merchants in relevant sectors

Develop strategic partnerships to increase insurance sales through affiliates

Merchant Onboarding

Onboard merchants in relevant categories such as:

Pet shops & veterinary clinics (Pet Insurance)

Health service providers & clinics (Health Insurance)

Automobile dealers & four-wheeler workshops (Four-Wheeler Insurance)

Mobile retailers & service centers (Mobile Insurance)

Create a strong affiliate ecosystem between NetAmbit and merchants

Insurance Sales & Growth

Drive sales of insurance products through affiliate and merchant channels

Ensure proper product understanding and training for affiliates and merchants

Track performance, conversions, and revenue generated by affiliates

Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and merchant partners

Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth onboarding and integration

Support partners with marketing materials, offers, and campaign strategies

Reporting & Optimization

Monitor affiliate performance metrics and optimize campaigns

Share regular performance reports with internal stakeholders

Identify new growth opportunities within affiliate networks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Channel Sales, or Partnerships

Strong understanding of insurance products (Pet, Health, Motor, Mobile insurance preferred)

Proven experience in merchant onboarding and partner management

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and drive results

Knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing is a plus

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience in fintech, insurtech, or BFSI sector

Existing network of merchants or affiliates is an advantage

Target-driven and growth-focused mindset
