Restaurant Team Member – Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and friendly manner

• Maintain good guest relationships and service standards

• Take orders and ensure accurate communication with kitchen

• Assist in food preparation as per standard recipes

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards

• Support kitchen prep and mise-en-place

• Follow FIFO method for storage and usage

• Control food wastage and report issues

• Handle cashier billing (cash / card / UPI) when assigned

• Ensure correct billing and proper cash handling

• Maintain cleanliness of service and work areas

• Follow duty roster, SOPs, and company policies

• Work as a team and support smooth outlet operations
