We are looking for experienced Counter Sales Executives for a leading Jewellery Retail Brand in Gurgaon.

Location: Gurgaon, Delhi & Ghaziabad

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Experience Required: Minimum 1-4 years in Jewellery Retail Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking customer-focused and presentable Counter Sales Executives with prior experience only in jewellery retail sales.

The candidate should have strong selling skills, product knowledge, and the ability to handle customers confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Handling

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
• Showcase jewellery products and explain features confidently
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store targets
• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships

Store Operations

• Maintain counter display as per brand guidelines
• Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of jewellery counters
• Support visual merchandising activities

Billing & POS

• Handle billing through POS system accurately
• Assist in cash handling and daily sales reporting

Inventory Support

• Assist in stock handling, tagging, and stock verification
• Support during stock audits and inventory checks

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of jewellery retail sales experience
• Good communication and selling skills
• Presentable personality and customer-friendly approach
• Basic knowledge of POS and billing
• Immediate joiners preferred
