**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Franchise Manager to drive our expansion efforts in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchise partners. This role is perfect for retired professionals with a background in sales or business development who are looking for a new and engaging opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*  Identify and source potential franchisees through various channels.

*  Present the Meatwale.com franchise business model to prospective partners.

*  Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to signing the franchise agreement.

*  Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential franchisees.

*  Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for franchise expansion.

**Candidate Requirements:**

*  **Target Audience:** Retired individuals are highly encouraged to apply.

*  **Age:** 50 - 60 years.

*  **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass.

*  **Language:** Basic English proficiency.

*  **Gender:** Both genders are welcome.

*  **Skills:** Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary & Benefits:**

*  **Monthly Salary:** ₹15,000 - ₹35,000

  *  **Fixed Component:** ₹15,000 - ₹25,000

  *  **Incentives:** Up to ₹10,000 based on performance.

*  **Perks:** Travel Allowance (TA), Petrol Allowance, and Mobile Allowance will be provided.
