Job Description
Cleaning: Thoroughly vacuuming, dusting, polishing furniture, and cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks).
Housekeeping: Changing bed linens, replacing towels, and making beds according to hotel standards.
Restocking: Replenishing toiletries, towels, coffee/tea, and minibar items.
Maintenance Reporting: Inspecting rooms for damages and notifying supervisors of necessary repairs.
Guest Service: Responding to guest requests courteously, handling complaints, and managing lost-and-found items.
Safety Compliance: Following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
