Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for software development, web applications, and IT services.
• Identify target markets, research potential clients, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals and quotations.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads) to boost brand visibility.
• Manage CRM systems and track client communications effectively.
• Attend IT expos, webinars, and networking events to represent the company.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT sales, software products, or digital marketing preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online lead generation platforms.
• Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and target-driven individual.
