Job Overview:

Construction Mart is looking for a highly motivated and aggressive Sales & Marketing Executive with strong communication and negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies, and increasing sales of construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new sales leads through field visits, calls, and networking.

Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and construction companies.

Promote and sell construction materials and products offered by Construction Mart.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitors.

Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and repeat business.

Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

Maintain proper sales records and client database.

Represent the company in a professional manner in the construction market.

Required Skills:

Aggressive sales attitude and strong target-driven approach.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build strong client relationships.

Good knowledge of construction materials / construction industry (preferred).

Ability to work independently and in field sales.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication.

Qualification:

Graduate in Marketing / Business / Any Field.

1–3 years of sales experience (Construction industry preferred).
