Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

● Coordinate with the sales team to manage and follow up on client orders.

● Maintain and update customer databases and sales records regularly.

● Prepare and assist in generating quotations, proforma invoices (PIs), and order

confirmations.

● Track and monitor pending orders and ensure timely processing.

● Follow up with internal departments such as logistics and warehouse for delivery

status.

● Maintain accurate records of dispatches and delivery timelines.

● Provide administrative support and assist with reporting requirements.
