Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Advisor who can effectively communicate with potential clients, promote gym memberships, and help grow our community by delivering excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in clients at the gym
• Explain gym facilities, membership plans, and services to prospective members
• Convert enquiries into memberships through effective communication
• Maintain follow-ups with potential clients through calls and messages
• Manage enquiries from social media, calls, and walk-ins
• Maintain records of leads, memberships, and client interactions
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for all visitors
• Support marketing and promotional activities when required
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and persuasive personality
• Basic knowledge of fitness industry is preferred
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills
• Preferred QualificationsExperience in sales, customer service, or gym industry is preferred
