Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Average Incentives: ₹5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through various channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Follow up with potential clients and close deals
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer-handling ability
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
