Position: Sales Executive (Full-Time)


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Dagar Builders and Developers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting property visits, and closing sales for our premium real estate projects, including villas, commercial spaces, and PG accommodations.

Key Responsibilities·       

. Generate and follow up on leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals.

·       Present and promote company projects (Ashiyana Villas, Ashiyana Prime, Ashiyana Arcade) to prospective clients.

·       Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers/tenants.

·       Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

·       Explain project specifications, pricing, payment schedules, and terms to customers.

·       Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel sheets.

·       Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns.

·       Assist clients with booking, registry, and documentation processes.

·       Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Requirements·       

. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Any field.

·       1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

·       Good knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida property market is a plus.

·       Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
