Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our accounting software to businesses. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, demonstrating the product, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers such as retailers, wholesalers, SMEs, and business owners.
• Conduct field visits, cold calls, and direct meetings to generate new leads.
• Demonstrate and explain software features to clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain follow-ups with prospects and convert them into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the onboarding/support team for smooth customer setup.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales in CRM.
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience .
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Basic understanding of accounting or business software is a plus.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
• Must own a two-wheeler (preferred).
