Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for visiting nearby markets and shops within your assigned area. Your primary role will be to promote and install Google Pay Sound Boxes and QR Codes at merchant locations.

Additionally, you will revisit inactive merchants to reactivate their services and ensure consistent usage of Google Pay solutions. This role requires fieldwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with shopkeepers.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit shops in your assigned area to install Google Pay Sound Box and QR Codes
• Identify and onboard new merchants for Google Pay services
• Revisit inactive merchants and reactivate their accounts
• Maintain daily activity and performance records
• Achieve assigned monthly targets

• Performance & Incentives:Monthly Target: 300 tasks
• Incentive: ₹100 per point

Point System:

• Sound Box Installation: 2 points per task
• Revisit (Reactivation): 1 point per task
• Onboarding (New Merchant): 1.5 points per task
