Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to a provided list of prospects and onboarding them as guests for our podcast. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building ability, and a results-driven mindset.

• Key Responsibilities:Contact potential guests from the provided database via calls, emails, and social media
• Pitch the podcast concept and communicate its value proposition effectively
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to encourage participation
• Align and confirm guests for podcast recordings
• Coordinate scheduling in collaboration with the internal team
• Follow up consistently to ensure conversions from leads to confirmed guests
• Maintain records of outreach, responses, and conversions
• Achieve weekly/monthly onboarding targets
• Requirements:Proven experience in sales, telecalling, or client outreach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in pitching and handling objections
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and professional communication
