Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Inside Sales

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Schedule appointments for field sales team visits.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to meet lead generation targets.
• Follow up on inquiries through email, WhatsApp, and calls.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Excel.
• Prior experience in building materials or fenestration industry is a plus.
