Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Sales & Business Development Executive who will be responsible for field sales, market expansion, dealer acquisition, and relationship management. The role requires proactive client engagement, strong networking abilities, and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the building materials and sanitaryware market.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bathroom fittings and sanitaryware segment.
  • Expand the company’s presence by onboarding new dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets, projects, and partnership opportunities.
  • Generate and manage sales leads through cold calling, networking, and industry contacts.

Field Sales

  • Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, and project sites to promote Coral products.
  • Present product catalogs, explain product features, and demonstrate the quality advantages of Coral fittings.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales agreements with partners and clients.
  • Monitor dealer performance and support them in improving sales.
  • Ensure effective product placement and brand visibility in retail stores.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely support.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed business.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback from the market to the management team.
  • Maintain sales reports, lead pipelines, and client databases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales or business development (experience in the sanitaryware, building materials, or hardware industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with regular field travel and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of dealer/distributor sales networks is a plus.
