Job Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Marketing Executive to drive growth for our forging and machining business. This role is a hybrid of digital lead generation and on-ground client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new industrial clients, visiting manufacturing plants, and presenting our technical capabilities to procurement and engineering heads.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Visits & Relationship Building: Travel to industrial hubs (Manesar, Faridabad, Pantnagar, etc.) to meet potential clients in the Automotive, Power, and Defense sectors.

• Technical Presentation: Present our manufacturing capabilities (types of hammers, CNC machines, materials handled) to client engineering teams.  

• Lead Generation: Use LinkedIn, industrial directories, and trade portals to identify RFQs (Request for Quotations).  

• RFQ Management: Coordinate with the internal production team to ensure timely and accurate price estimations for clients.  

• Trade Shows: Represent the company at industrial expos like IMTEX or Auto Expo to build a database of prospective buyers.

• CRM Maintenance: Document all client interactions, sample submissions, and follow-up schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred. An MBA in Marketing is a plus.  

• Experience: 3–5 years in marketing industrial products (fasteners, castings, forged parts, or machine tools).

• Technical Literacy: Ability to read Engineering Drawings (2D/3D) and understand tolerances/material grades (e.g., EN8, SS304).

• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English. Must be able to negotiate pricing effectively.

• Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Fixed Salary: Paid monthly via bank transfer.

• Performance Bonus: A quarterly bonus based on "New Client Acquisition" or "Annual Contract Value" (ACV).
