Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and expand market share.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales agents.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance sales productivity and goal achievement.
• Foster a collaborative and motivated sales environment.
