Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary:The Ayurvedic Sales Officer is responsible for promoting and selling Ayurvedic products to retail pharmacies, doctors (Ayurvedic and General Practitioners), wellness centers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and increasing brand awareness in the assigned territory.

• Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit clients and conduct product detailing to Ayurvedic and Allopathic practitioners.
• Generate prescriptions and orders through ethical promotion.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key accounts and practitioners.
• Ensure proper stock levels with distributors and retailers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
• Maintain Daily Sales Report (DSR) and submit to the sales manager.
• Participate in seminars, camps, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness.

• Educational Qualification:Graduate in Science / Ayurveda / Pharmacy / Commerce
• Preferably a Diploma or Certification in Ayurvedic or Herbal Product Sales
• Experience:1 to 5 years of field sales experience in Ayurvedic/Pharma/FMCG industry
• Freshers with a strong interest in Ayurveda may also apply (for junior roles)
