Job DescriptionEssay Sports is a growing uniform manufacturing company specializing in school uniforms and corporate uniforms. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can drive new business, manage key accounts, and build a strong sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase uniform sales
• Acquire new school, institution, and corporate clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalisation
• Coordinate with production, sampling, and dispatch teams
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and product demos
• Manage and mentor sales executives (if applicable)
• Track sales performance and submit regular reports to management
• Collect market feedback and competitor insights
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in uniforms, garments, textiles, or apparel sales
• Strong knowledge of school uniform tendering & corporate orders
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to close bulk and repeat orders
• Good understanding of costing, margins, and delivery timelines
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• Leadership and team-handling experience preferred
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in school uniform / corporate uniform industry
• Strong network with schools, distributors, and institutions
