Job Description
Top Hawks is hiring Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives to drive retail expansion and distribution growth across Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities :
- Appoint and onboard new retailers and dealers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain retailer and distributor relationships
- Ensure product visibility and availability
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Execute sales strategies and report activities
- Must have a bike and a smartphone for field operations
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years field sales experience
- Cement / FMCG experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
