Sales & Service Engineer

Innotech Genesis Pvt. Limited (IGPL), established in August, 2021, is the number one Channel Partner of Carl Zeiss India (Bangalore) Pvt Ltd, for Northern India. Presently, it deals with Ophthalmic Equipment, IOLS optical lenses/glasses along with equipment line and its Consumables. IGPL is since expanding its business, requires qualified Sales & Service Engineer. This role is ideal for individuals for Biomedical engineers install, maintain, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment and sale of Ophthalmological Equipment to Doctors and Hospitals by using their knowledge and skills. As a Sales & Service Engineer, the Sales & Service Engineer will play a crucial role in growth of the company's sale and profit as well.

IGPL is seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with Degree and specialization in the Electrical Field with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives. As a key member of our team, the Sales & Service Engineer will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of Sales & Service Engineer 

• Public dealing with customers, professionally

• Share brief of our products with the customers

• Skill in selling products to the customers and

• Periodical follow up with the clients.

• Attention to details 

• Problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset 

• Creative and technical ability to turn designs into products

• Interpersonal skills and the ability to empathies with patients

• Excellent communication skills 

• Ability to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment: 

• Diagnosing technical issues

• Providing customer support

• Conducting regular inspections

• Collaborating with other teams

• Documenting service activities

• Staying up-to-date

• Developing process improvements

Requirements:

I. Bachelor’s or master degree in Electricals or a related field from a recognized institution.

ii. Fresher & Experienced may also apply.

iii. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and doctors

iv. Ability to work independently.
