Samuh is Rozana's private-label FMCG brand — Snacks. Smiles. Sparkle. We sell biscuits, fryums, wafers, beverages, and more through a fast-growing field sales network across UP and Haryana.

Role: Senior Sales Officer — Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000/month + Incentives up to ₹13,000/month

Location: Ghaziabad, UP (field-based)

What you will do:

- Cover assigned beats daily — kirana stores, general trade outlets

- Onboard new retailers and grow Samuh's outlet count

- Drive secondary sales of Samuh products (biscuits, fryums, wafers)

- Manage a team of 2-3 Junior Sales Officers

- Submit daily sales reports and beat plans

- Coordinate with distributor for stock replenishment

What we need:

- 2-4 years field sales experience in FMCG preferred

- Own bike + valid DL mandatory

- Knows Ghaziabad market well

- Comfortable with basic smartphone apps
