Job Description
We The Marshal is hiring dynamic and hardworking candidates for the role of Telecaller & Digital Marketing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, lead generation, and supporting marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calling HR personnel for:
* Labor Contracts
* Housekeeping Contracts
* Security Contracts in factories
* Calling for bulk hiring requirements
* Sending bulk emails to potential clients
* Maintaining and managing client data
* Basic designing work using Canva
* Supporting digital marketing activities
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in both English and Hindi
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing
* Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Familiarity with Canva for basic designing
* Strong calling and convincing skills
* Data management skills
Additional Requirement:
* Bike is mandatory for male candidates
