Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

* Manage and monitor social media accounts with timely responses and interactions.

* Run creative campaigns to boost brand awareness, products, and offers.

* Track and analyze performance metrics; prepare regular reports.

* Collaborate with marketing/design teams and support influencer partnerships.

* Optimize content for SEO and engagement while staying updated on trends.

Monitor competitors to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

* 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management.

* Strong knowledge of major platforms and analytics tools.

* Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) with a creative mindset.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
