Location: Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.)

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals

Create engaging posts, reels, captions, and stories

Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas

Manage comments, messages, and online community engagement

Coordinate with design/marketing teams for creatives and campaigns

Run and optimize paid social media ads (basic level)

Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports

Ensure brand voice and consistency across platforms

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms

Content writing and captioning skills

Basic graphic/video editing knowledge (Canva, InShot, etc.)

Understanding of analytics and insights

Creativity with attention to detail

Good communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in handling business or brand accounts

Knowledge of digital marketing and influencer collaborations

Local candidate preferred (Ghaziabad/nearby areas)
