Social Media & Growth Manager (Sales-Focused

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who treats social media as a revenue engine, not a vanity project.

*What you’ll do:*

* Drive *sales through Instagram, Facebook & WhatsApp*

* Create and execute *conversion-focused content* (reels, posts, campaigns)

* Plan festival- and culture-led calendars

* Build and manage a *credible public-facing personal brand*

* Work closely with web & creative teams to push offers and launches

* Track performance with a clear focus on *leads, traffic & sales*

*What we’re looking for:*

* 2–5 years of real, hands-on experience

* Strong copywriting + reel scripting skills

* Proven understanding of *Instagram growth & conversion*

* Comfort with Indian cultural and festival contexts

* Outcome-driven mindset (likes ≠ success)

*Good to have:*

* D2C or lifestyle brand experience

* Hindi + English fluency
