Faculty Requirement – General Knowledge (GK)

Defence Chanakya Academy (DCA) is inviting applications from dynamic and knowledgeable General Knowledge (GK) Teachers to strengthen students’ awareness, reasoning ability, and exam-oriented understanding.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Teach General Knowledge to students of Classes VI to X
• Cover core areas including Current Affairs, History, Geography, Polity, Defence Studies, and General Awareness
• Prepare students for RMS, Sainik School, and RIMC entrance examinations
• Develop structured lesson plans aligned with school and competitive exam patterns
• Conduct regular quizzes, worksheets, and revision sessions
• Evaluate student progress and provide academic guidance
• Maintain classroom discipline and promote a focused learning environment

Candidate Profile:

• Strong command over General Knowledge and Current Affairs
• Teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may apply)
• Familiarity with defence entrance exam patterns (RMS / Sainik School / RIMC) is an added advantage
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make learning engaging
• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi
• Disciplined, punctual, and student-centric approach
