Position: Studio Operator / Technician

Location: Ghaziabad (Studio Location)

Employment Type: Full-time (on-site)

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

🎯 About the Role:

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-friendly Studio Operator to manage day-to-day recording operations at our modern Podcast and Video Recording Studio.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with audio and video recording equipment and a passion for creating a high-quality production environment for creators, brands, and businesses.

🎙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Setup, operate, and manage microphones, mixers, audio interfaces, headphones, and cameras before and during recording sessions.
• Configure and operate lighting equipment for video podcasts and shoots.
• Monitor real-time audio and video quality during recordings.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of studio equipment during sessions.
• Assist clients with basic mic technique, posture, and usage instructions.
• Save, organize, and backup all recorded files properly post-session.
• Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of all studio equipment.
• Coordinate session timings and technical needs with the Studio Manager.
• Assist with live streaming setups (optional service offering).
• Stay updated on new audio/video recording technologies and best practices.

🎛️ Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification Preferred:
• Diploma or Certificate in Audio Engineering, Sound Recording, Media Production, or Broadcast Technology from recognized institutes.
• Practical knowledge of audio equipment (microphones, audio interfaces, mixers).
• Basic video knowledge: Camera setup, framing, exposure settings.
• Familiarity with recording software like Audacity, GarageBand, Riverside.fm, OBS Studio, or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting ability for on-the-spot issue resolution.
• Bonus: Knowledge of editing tools (Audacity, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills — able to guide clients comfortably during sessions.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and during client-facing situations.

• 1–3 years of experience in an audio-visual, podcasting, video production, or broadcast environment.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.

• Flexible to work weekends or evenings based on client bookings.
