Tele Sales Executive (Female)

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and professional Female Tele Sales Executive to join us for B2B sales team for Order Management & B2B customer support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over the phone, managing orders, and preparing customer summaries. Proficiency in Hindi is preferred to effectively engage with clients across diverse regions.

🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound and inbound tele sales calls to promote products/services to B2B clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.
• Manage the complete order cycle — from inquiry to confirmation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Prepare and maintain customer summaries, including purchase history, preferences, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and addressing concerns promptly.

✅ Requirements

• Experience: Any level of experience (freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi (mandatory); knowledge of English or other regional languages is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication, persuasive ability, and active listening.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and order management systems.
• Personal Attributes: Confident, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
