Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers/leads provided by the company
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Maintain daily call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi / English
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and calling apps
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking
- Ability to work with targets
- Prior telecalling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
- Working Hours:8–9 hours per day
