Telecaller

JOB DESCRIPTION-

A Telecaller, is responsible for leading and managing outbound sales and customer service activities via telephone. 

Key Responsibilities:

* Initiating contact with potential customers (leads) to promote products or services and convert them into sales. 

* Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. 

* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies. 

* Efficiently handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing call volume, and maintaining accurate call records. 

  Providing guidance and training to junior telecallers on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
