Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our Digital Marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.)
• Explain company services clearly and professionally to potential customers
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with interested clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM or Excel
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets
• Handle basic customer queries and provide relevant information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
